NAIL ART!!!

<(right row) Guinea Pig Manicure
 I did this on my nails right after my beloved guinea pig died, and I used a technique I learned online, where you print out VERY small pictures, then cut them out and stick them onto your nails. They didn't last very long though, because my top coat wore off and the ink started bleeding when I washed my hands. but it was still very fun to do, and so if you have a special occasion like a movie night, or the upcoming superbowl, and you want a very detailed picture this might be the easiest choice

Animal Manicure (Left Row)>
 this was done on my friend Cx2 the Artist's hand and I used a pen with all the ink out for details. It was really fun, and most of the designs I came up with on the spur of the moment (this is often the way I do things best. when they were all completely dry, I sealed them with a quality top coat and she STILL had them when I saw her a week later!

Let me know if you would like me to post more like this!

gotta love picnik....

so I was bored and I decided I wanted to play with a picture of justin bieber......

and THIS is what happened!

Before                                                                                                  After

I used sunless tan (3 times) highlights (3 times, only I changes it to dark brown so it really just ended up working as a hair dye) eye color, lipstick (lol, I thought they were too pink) teeth whitener (oh yes, I gave justin bieber whiter teeth) and goofify (to change up his features a little bit). I'm sure I used more, but I can't remember them at the moment. ANYWAYS, even though this was kind of a waste of time, I still had fun doing it, so let me know if you want to see more edited photos like this!

)
I am SO excited to make these with my (baking expert) friend, Saige next Wednesday! there was a long time span when I HATED Oreos (I know, I can't believe it either!) and now I'm addicted to the things. I have specifically stopped asking my mom to buy them, because I know I'll eat half the box! but making them would be a could excuse, and I haven't had one in so long... lets just say I am looking forward to it :) I'll post pics of our finished product and tell ya how they turned out!

my youth group XP

oh, I really love going to youth group! yes, there are the annoying ones, the creepy ones, the nerdy ones, and the pretty ones, but when we're all mixed together, focusing  on praising God- it is a very fun and crazy mix. It's a place where a can be myself, speak my mind, give my opinions, and laugh out loud. (something I have a problem with at other places... XD) one of the saddest days in my life will be when I graduate high school, and start going to college so I can't go to youth group anymore.... :( but hey, maybe the rapture will happen sometime before then, and I won't have to worry about college or leaving youth group... anyways, I've been looking into writing more.. maybe if I cam up with something decent I could post some of it on here... THAT would be fun (that is, if I had any FOLLOWERS to read it... *hint hint*) well, it's late and far past my bedtime so shall bid my farewells and GO TO BED

the lorien legacies....

Sadly, I watched the movie "I am number four" before I even knew there was a book, but it wasn't too bad because I still like the book MUCH BETTER than the movie. I just finished reading power of six (turns out even when you request the book way before it comes out it STILL takes months before you get it) and I loved it just as much as the first one! (if not more...) it has a great, new idea for a storyline, and it had been very well written by this "Pittacus Lore" (though I must say, it's kind of dumb that he or she (they never say which) made a pen name and then uses it in the story, like they came from the planet of  Lorien and the elders name is Pittacus. But whatever.) I would highly recommend reading these if you enjoy books with lots of action ;)
